V3.0

Added quite a bit: 

• New terrain
• Seasons for the landscape and weather effects with random precipitation
•  A pet I've named Buddy
•  Seamus and Buddy have ghostly transparent textures. 

Looking to add 'poltergeist' functionality next. It will consist of all manner of ghostly phenomena for the player to interact with and Seamus and Buddy to react to. 

While my focus is less on how it runs right now, I'd like to start gathering data. Please let me know what framerate you are experiencing.
